Welcome to Salt & Sea – I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Heather, I am the owner and your new hair bff. Ever since I was little, growing up on the Jersey Shore, I’ve always loved all things hair. I switched careers back in 2018 to finally make the jump into the hair world and haven’t looked back since. If you’re looking for luxurious, lived-in, low maintenance color and/or cuts, I’m your girl! I’m all about that effortless blend so you can go longer in between salon visits, if you desire. (But, if you love a higher maintenance look, don’t worry, we can do that too!) I’m also certified in hand-tied and tape-in hair extensions if you’re in need of extra length or volume (or both!) for your next special occasion or everyday life. With every service, I tailor each look to enhance your natural beauty, as well as share styling tips and product recommendations for at-home care. Outside of the salon, you can most likely find me daydreaming about my next vacation, drinking way too much iced coffee, or watching a true crime doc (or reality TV) with my husband, Jeb, and our two furry kids, Cupcake and River. Cancellation Policy

I get it, life happens – if you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, I kindly ask for 24-hour notice. If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule you to a later date. Please note: a credit card is required to book an appointment – if you provide less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 50% charge and will require pre-payment before your next service. Late policy: if you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we may not be able to perform the scheduled services and may need to reschedule you to a later date.
