Hi, I’m Heather — owner of Salt & Sea. I specialize in soft, dimensional, lived-in color and effortless cuts that highlight your natural beauty and grow out seamlessly, so you feel confident and refreshed every day. Growing up on the Jersey Shore, I was always drawn to all things hair and beauty. In 2018, I left my previous career to finally make the jump into the hair world and I’ve never looked back. At Salt & Sea, my goal is to create an experience that feels calm, comfortable, and personal. Every appointment is customized to your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. I love creating looks that feel effortless — the kind of color and shape that still looks amazing weeks later. Along the way, I’ll share styling tips and product recommendations so you can recreate your salon look at home. When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me sipping an iced coffee, planning my next trip, reading a book, or watching true crime (or reality TV) with my husband, Jeb, and our two furry kids, River and Raven. Cancellation Policy
I get it, life happens – if you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, I kindly ask for 24-hour notice. If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule you to a later date.
Please note: a credit card is required to book an appointment – if you provide less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 50% charge and will require pre-payment before your next service.
Late policy: if you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we may not be able to perform the scheduled services and may need to reschedule you to a later date. Thank you for your understanding!
